Lesson/Trail Ride Progression Session

Service Description

This is a one on one lesson only, before booking this program you are required to have completed at least one riding lesson. Get the best of both worlds. This is a one on one session starting with a 20minute lesson in the arena, learning how to manoeuvre the horse over and around obstacles. Also learning the importance of knowing how, what and when to use the “handbrake” also known as the “emergency stop” A must have safety procedure for all riders. Then a 40minute trail ride which takes place in the gorgeous Toolara state forest directly across from our property where you will continue to put into practice manoeuvring the horse around trees, over log’s and through different terrain. Come learn control, gain confidence and most importantly have fun! Weight limit of 85kg's per rider to ensure our horses safety and health. Even though horses are large, powerful animals, they have limits. Any overloading can cause serious injury to the horse. The weakest part of the horses body is their back (right where we sit) This is why we have a strict weight limit to ensure the horses safety. Cancelation policy When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 7days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another participant access to that appointment time. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 7days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a rider misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, there will be no refund for the participant.
